Your error:
DbSl Trace: NLS_LANG not set appropriately (DB installation requires
AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1) ==> connection refused
Solution as per note :
| 381674 - Oracle and NT: NLS_LANG must be set |
Solution
Set environment variable NLS_LANG for the R/3 kernel.To do this, refer to Note 31559.
