SLD Agent is not getting added to SAP B1 CCC

Hello Experts,

I am trying to setup SAP B1 on AWS cloud. I have created 3 systems,

1. Database server

2. Application Server

3. Cloud Control Center

But only Database Server SLD Agent is getting added to the Cloud Control Center Server. Other two application and itself cloud control center SLD Agent is not getting listed in SLD Agent tab of CCC.

Any one having idea what is wrong i am doing. Since 2 days i am struggling with this.
