Dears,
we are design a sales flow for our customer integrated with SAP ERP. Our scenario will be:
OPPORTUNITY -----> QUOTATION ( ERP Pricing Int. ) ------ > SALES ORDER ( ERP Integration )
Customer request are:
* Only sales order must be replicated to SAP ERP system
* Change product in Sales order with a new product number .
As I usderstand , in order to create the sales order, in ERP will be create an Order Inquiry, so the document flow is ( C4C Quotation ) -> ( C4C Sales order creation ) -> ( ERP order inq. ) -> ( ERP Sales ORDER ) -> ( C4C sales order update ). Is it correct ?
If I change the product number in ERP sales order, these information will be replicated automatically in C4C Sales order ?
