as far as I know, the object "Business Agreement" is only available in the Utilities industry solution of C4C today. According to our experience, not only companies in the utilities sector need this object.
One of our customers is a retailer, who also offers specific services in the B2B sector to differentiate from competition. Also think about IT companies who sell license agreements to their customers. In general a lot of companies today offer services and it is important for them to know which services are consumed by an account and when the service agreement expires. As this is daily business for a lot of companies, this should be possible in Cloud for Sales without using the industry solutions or Cloud for Service.
Is it planned to add the business agreement object to the general cloud for sales license or is there already a way to use the object without paying the industry solution license?
