Just checked my portal also, the folder for FPM app of leave is missing for LeaveOverviewCE_13
May be SAP has some alternate, check in help.sap.com to see if they have any info on it. Also check at service market place, if u don't find any then raise the OSS message to SAP. SAP has to address it.
