Dear Experts,
We are having SOLMAN 7.1 landscape with two systems (Dev, Qas and production.)
We have configured ChaRm and Service desk for our clients.
Now we want enable to Customer satisfaction option in incidents which have raised by users and solved by support team.
Is there any process or way to do the same in ITSM.
