At which of these steps, if any, are you encountering problem..?
1) download the note using SNOTE (that you have done already);
2) "Create the report ZECPCAEK in your system as an empty report" as the instructions for manual pre-implementation activities say;
3) implement the note using SNOTE; this should put the code into ZECPCAEK;
4) run the report ZECPCAEK...
There is nothing besides the note itself to download - no attached files; you just have to follow all the note instructions to the letter.
