To me its a bug in SAP, please raise an OSS to SAP. In our organization we have so many people who have multiple payment methods. If you select a row which needs to replace it will show up all the payments which is being made to checks and Bank transfer. See the screenshot below for replace payment who have both Bank Deposit and Check
