I can't seem to be able to find any standard data source or report for Ticket surveys. There are for Lead, Oppt and Visit surveys but not for the Ticket object.
Is that a fact of life or am I missing anything? tI don't think we can create new data source, correct?
If this data source is currently not available, what are the options to surface the information is some kind of report? Is SAP planning to make this data source available in a future release?
