I agree with you that removing the rules based indicator and adding the destination details(storage type/section/bin) will create the WT, however the question is why cant we use the rules based indicator for quality inpection?
f1 for rules based indicator clearly states it can be used for QI. Also maintaining the external step in work center definition should cause the WT to be created but it does not get created.
Would you be having any insight on this?
