If there is no tip entries you can write the pcr using operation OUTTPPTYPE pair type 0 to capture the absence hours ( when employee is not at work) in the same manner you can check the absences as well then you can query with 1.5 if absence is grater than 1.5 you can treat it as lop. Please find the sample pcr as below.
