How OH will be shown in OH calculation depends on combination of base selection ie TOTAL, FIXED and VARIABLE and credit key combination ie * or some fixed %
In your case ..if you want to display OH in fixed only then select FIXED in base and * in OH key. As you have selected Total in base and * in key it is showing F+V both
