I can see that the kernel you have on the solman system is 401 patch 720. try to get higher kernel than SP424

Please check if the parameter is there in the default profile if you see your kernel in the affected list.

add this parameter in the default profile and see.

rdisp/thsend_order = 1

or do a kernel upgrade and see how it goes.
