As mentioned by Scott, you'll have to delete the IT0000 of the Transfer Action.
Before you do, I would suggest that you take note of it's content and of all the other Infotypes that are contained in the InfoGroup (by activating the "Change info group" icon).
After the "future" action is deleted, create the "retroactive" action.
After the "retroactive" action is created, re-create the "future" action (IT0000 only). You may want to activate the "Execute info group" to look at the other Infotypes in the action and confirm that no other changes are required.
