I think Natalia is right, you need to follow that note.
If you are still struggling, please check these screenshots.
so in first screenshot under Basic Dada and tools select "Assign EH&S doc type to DMS Doc Types and in 2nd screenshot under data carrier enter your content repository.
This will solve your problem.
