Hi,
When MCRE is executed in background the selection version is generated. This is saved in table MCRSV. Check in SE16 --> table: MCRSV if your selection version was created.
If it is not, try to run the same variant (same filters) but in foreground... Maybe you get an error message that could explain why your selection variant is not even created.
