User creation in System preparation

Hi everyone,

I installed Solution Manager 7.1, and upgrade it to SPS12. Then I performed System Preparation and Basic Configuration on client 001.

I created client 100 and performed client copy as suggested by note 1630984:

• Source: Client 000
• Source User: Client 001
• Target: 100
• Profile : SAP_UCSV

Now I want to perform System Preparation on client 100. In first step Create Users I get warning that all user already exist, since they are copied from 001 client. But in step 5.1 Configure Web Dispatcher I get an error: "SM_INTERN_WS user has not been configured".

How can I resolve this issue?
