Hi Pankaj,
1)Talk to yur ECC-ABAP Team and they will make some changes /Settings such that upon any change in that Field of the Table there will be changes to your Datasource and there by Delta is Captured.
2)The other way is GenericDatasource.
3)If the number of records are less then just bring that table to BW through Full Load and then from DSO to Cube ..do a Look Up and Stamp the Data..but with Again Full load from DSO to Cube.
Out of these three ,First try for the first Option/Second Option.
