SAP SQL Anywhere 9.0.2 is end of life since January 2010, as you can read at the bottom of the following page http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-35654
Furthermore, it includes ODBC DataDirect drivers that are not shipped with SAP SQL Anywhere anymore.
Why do you need EBF 9.0.2.3702? Can not you just upgrade to a fully supported version?
