Thank you Deepak. after your guidance I reached 3 steps. but after counselor submits the request and Reporting Manager approved with "Success" in initiator's action, it is not coming to "Separation Approval request" of Reporting Manager to approve the request. please help where i need to configure the same

also Employee is unable to withdraw the request. any configuration required for this? please reply.
