If I correct understand, you want to automate the Reschedule heuristic process. For this you can use t.code /SAPAPO/CDPSB0 - Production Planning Run. You can create/save a variant and then create a job to run it in the background.
The Time Profile have to be created with 2-3 days offset (from today + 2/3 days to 30 for example). Please see below the other settings.
