Please find the answers as below

1) Can we create the automatic planned order in sap through MF50. If yes the how (if possible please give the steps)

From MF50 you can create planned orders. suppose you have one planned order created by MRP. If you want to split that planned order in to two planned orders means you want to execute that planned order on two different production lines then you can do that in the MF50 screen.

2) There is scheduling and Capacity tab in the initial screen. how can we use it. In which scenario we are going to use it

MF50 basically used to assign the planned orders (created by MRP run) to different Production lines as per the feasibility. check the below link which is explained with screen shots.
