Work item sent to unassigned agent

Hi All,

In workflow task agent is maintained an expression which will derive only one agent( I have checked the container and agent tab, it has only one agent as US XXXXX), and work item is sent to him, However work item also sent to another person who has no relation with this process, I have checked substitue of agent, there is no one substitute for him.

I am thinking of redetermine the agents using SWI1_RULE, but issue is in production.

Please help.
