Created a new requirement and at PR stage in table RPSCO it is Value type 21

Created PO and in table RPSCO it is value type 22

When SES is created for the actual in table RPSCO the value type is 4 (not 11). At this point the value is shown on the WBS

When the WO is settle in table RPSCO the value type is 4 with a negative value.

Now the actuals are zero. This is the problem but I don't understand why it does this????

As for the ratio of PM orders to IO all PM orders are settled to IO.

Also RPSCO has only a small amount of the work order assigned to the WBS elements. Is this because they were added after the costs we added and settled?
