The other question is that you mentioned using Top N with a number of lines on the label. Will that simply truncate the list or will it spill over into the next label horizontally, repeating the Group Name? What is needed is all the tracking numbers for a specific invoice even if they spill over into the next label. If I don't limit the number of lines, then, as you saw, it simply pushes the next row down, which would not only make that row print on two labels but on the blank space between them as well.
The reason we have not upgraded Crystal is that we are using an old version of Dynamics (2006) which, we were told, is not compatible with later versions of Crystal.
