Aha!  Here is my problem.  When I right-click there, I get a different menu:

     Cross-Tab:

     Insert Chart

     Insert Map

     Format Cross-Tab

     Borders and Colors

     Pivot Cross-Tab

     Move > Backward

                 To Back

     Object size and Position

     Cut

     Copy

     Delete

     Cancel Menu

And that's it.  No Group Sort Expert.   

It might help to know that my version is the Seagate version 8.5.0.479
