Unable to create batch. Storage location XX is invalid for material 93000001

Hi all,

I have created a new material type for Finished goods product and the FG product is batch wise when i create a material and enter storage location at MRP2 in Prod storage loc in material master it is showing a warning message The material does not exist in production storage location FG01.

But when i create a production order of that material and try to release, it  is showing me this error message Unable to create batch. Storage location FG01 is invalid for material 93000001.

Please help.
