Passing a value between Embedding view and Embedded view

Hello Experts,

I have used the Rapid Applications tool to create one application and embed it in the account overview page.

The embedded view is of type table and takes the account ID to populate a result collection and display it in a table.

My question is how does the account ID value get passed to the embedded view?

I need the account ID value from the embedding component and pass it to my custom application so I can code in some custom logic. Does anybody know how I can do that?

I have attached a screenshot with the component hierarchy. The BOL models of the embedding and embedded components are different.
