Unfortunately, I cannot delete the payroll results.
Taxable Benefits, Employer Benefits contributions and WCB contributions have appeared on the pay statement (as negative amounts).
When I try to delete that last pay result, I am getting a message: “The payroll result cannot be deleted because it has already been posted with posting run 0000002268 (run type PP).”
Could you please guide me through the reversal process in this case?
