This is the reason why you are getting the above error.
Things to do.
Open the host file and make a entry in it
<IP Address> <hostname> <FQDN>
for example
<ip address> harwich01harwich01.xxx.com (where xxx is your domain name)
Hopefully it will resolve your error.
