Hi Quang,
By seeing your screenshot service entry sheet has been accepted, so you cannot delete the service entry sheet after the acceptance.
You need to click the "Revoke Acceptance: button" And try to delete the service entry sheet.
Now service entry sheet gets deleted.
check and revert back..
