Our business scenario involves creation of Provider Contract that carries few fields like Software activation code, Serial Number and a couple more attributes at contract line item. Using Ibase / Iobject is an over kill and we are trying to simplyfy the data to just have everything on Service contract.
We configured 'assignment schema to the Technical Resource' to the Product in product master data. When we create the Provider Contract, we donot see the necessary input fields (on CRM WebUI) to capture this info. Our intent currently is just to store it as a simple text that accepts manual entry.
I believe we have activated all necessary business functions. But any help you guys can provide in this matter will be great.
