Does Learning Solutions require any switch activation?

Hello Everyone:

We are on ECC 6 enhancement pack 5 and NetWeaver 7.3 (includes Portal and PI). We are upgrading to ECC 6 Enh pack 7. We implemented some of the Employee Self-Service functions. That required activation of switches (HCM_ESS_WDA_1, HCM_CE_PT, HCM_ASR_CI_1, HCM_ASR_CI_2 and HCM_ASR_CI_3. We plan to implement Learning Solutions next.

Q: Would we need to activate any switches before implementation of Learning Solutions can proceed?
