Hi Arvind,

We had exactly the same behaviour as described.
AGS couldn't help us in this case, we solved it on our own.

We are on 4.0 SP5 Patch 1 with Oracle 11g CMS DB, OS is W2k8 R2 SP1.

The error is still reproducable.
